It is now clear Bickle is a sexual predator. See The Roys Report. Simply put, “An individual who employs predatory or abusive methods of obtaining sexual contact with another person is known as a sexual predator.” See here.
In addition, Mike Bickle is a false prophet. He uses supposed prophecy, dreams, and visions to control and manipulate people and put himself forward as exceedingly great. This amounts to witchcraft. He is like Simon the magician - a con artist and master deceiver.
Acts 8:9-10 Now a man named Simon had previously been practicing magic in the city and astonishing the people of Samaria, claiming to be someone great; [10] and all the people, from small to great, were paying attention to him, saying, “This man is the Power of God that is called Great.”
He has also repeatedly violated his marriage covenant and concealed his sin for decades all the while pretending to be a spiritual giant. He has asked victims to promote this phony image of him if and when he is exposed for his serial immorality.
People around the world have idolized Mike Bickle. We must grow in biblical discernment and not be carried away by the sensational. Be it great preaching, personalities, revelations, or ministries.
Mike Bickle – False Prophet & Sexual Predator
Proven Christian character is the foundation for authentic Christian ministry. Leaders are to set an irreproachable example. In total, three things are necessary. Spiritual gifting, sound doctrine, and godly character. If any is missing, a person does not qualify according to Scripture (1 Tim. 3:1-13; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Peter 5:1-4). All who aspire to leadership must be proven and tested in these areas.
In our day, however, people are caught up in gifting (like the church in Corinth) and assume a leader has sound doctrine and godly character if he has power. No! This is a huge error. Mike Bickle is another case in point. Much of his teaching is also unsound for example on spiritual warfare and the end times.
Jesus warned us. “For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect” (Matt. 24:24).
